Frequently asked questions
How many people can I refer?
There is no limit. Refer as many businesses as you like — each valid referral earns you a commission for up to 12 months (or lifetime at Champion tier).
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month for the previous month's paid subscriptions. Payments are made within 7 business days via your chosen payment method.
What qualifies as a valid referral?
A valid referral is a new Cincht customer (never previously registered) who signs up using your unique referral link and activates a paid subscription within 90 days.
Can I refer multiple accounts from one business?
Each referral must be a unique business or individual. Duplicate accounts from the same business are not eligible.
How does tier progression work?
Your tier is determined by your number of currently active (paying) referrals. Tiers update automatically each month. If referrals churn, you may move down a tier.
Is the affiliate programme available globally?
Yes. You can refer businesses from any country. We support payouts in USD, GBP, EUR, and other major currencies.
